Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Solovair footwear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure boots are trialed on carpeted surfaces to avoid scratching the signature soft-suspension soles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn boots or shoes back in their original Solovair box and secure them within a protective shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
